was first exposed to business strategy and technology consulting at the outset of his career while working for Telecom Finland (now Sonera) in Helsinki. Through its Telecon consulting unit, he advised telcos in emerging markets on the introduction of enhanced telecom services.
During Erik’s years at Comverse (now Xura), he created the Sales Edge Market Success consulting program, through which he and his team advised dozens of telcos around the world -- from Sprint in the US to Deutsche Telekom in Europe to Telefónica Móvil (now Movistar) in Chile to Singapore Telecom in Asia -- on how to successfully package, price and launch voice mail and related B2C telecom services in their respective markets.
Erik went on to advise on business and marketing strategies for numerous tech startups such as Waze (later acquired by Google) when it was little more than a group of engineers with an idea and a dream.
Erik’s business strategy and marketing experience is built on a base of technology know-how. He has both an electrical engineering degree from Tufts University and an MBA from Columbia. This puts him in a unique position to come up with winning business strategies and programs that are deeply informed by the technologies that underpin them.
Erik has considerable international experience, having lived and worked in both Europe and Asia, and has visited and/or done business in nearly 60 countries. He currently lives with his wife and children in New York, and enjoys sailing in his spare time.

He served as Chief Operating Officer for several hedge funds/investment management firms. In two such cases, growing assets under management from fledgling levels to multi-billion dollar levels.
He has successfully navigated overseas expansions, office relocations, SEC examinations, succession planning, technological infrastructure development, corporate downsizing and upsizing, capital restructurings, outsourcing, product development, acquisitions and change management initiatives. Peter has been a speaker at several hedge fund conferences and at Columbia University.
Peter served as Chief Financial Officer for Dunkin Donuts UK, Ltd. Peter has ten years’ experience consulting small and mid-sized businesses in areas of fundraising, operations and marketing.
Peter graduated Cum Laude from the Villanova University School of Business and has a MBA from the Columbia University Graduate School of Business, where he graduated with honors and was admitted to Beta Gamma Sigma.
Peter and his wife have two grown children and live in New Jersey and enjoys playing golf in his spare time.
has over 20 years of experience in the financial industry, ranging from investing banking, asset management to corporate CFO for publicly-listed companies. Bin also serves as an independent board director, chairs the compensation committee and sits on the audit committee of a NASDAQ-listed company.
Most recently, Bin worked as CFO of E-House (China) Holdings, Ltd. (“E-House”), a NYSE-listed company that she helped take private in 2016. During her term as CFO, Bin developed growth strategies, set the company’s annual internal budget, gave financial and operational guidance to Wall Street research analysts, oversaw SEC financial filings and SOX compliance, managed investor relations, and optimized the company’s balance sheet by raising capital through bank loan, equity and convertible products. She also initiated strategic M&As and investments to help the company grow.
Prior to that, Bin was CFO of China Real Estate Information Corp., (“CRIC”), a company that she joined prior to its IPO and helped take public with a successful listing on NASDAQ. Bin established the company’s financial reporting, compliance and investor relations infrastructure after it became a public company. She also formulated the company’s growth strategies and established partnerships with industry leaders such as Baidu and Alibaba. After CRIC merged with E-House, Bin worked on the integration of the two companies to ensure a seamless operation of the merged companies.
In addition, Bin has vast experience on both the buy-side and sell-side of Wall Street. As a banker, she helped companies raise funds through issuance of bank loans, high yield debt, and equity. On the buy-side, she worked at a multi-billion-dollar hedge fund and generated investment ideas and managed portfolios ranging from distressed bank debt, equity and M&A risk arbitrage.
Growing up in China and educated in the U.S. with majors in both economics and finance, Bin has a global perspective supported by her understanding of economics theory and U.S. capital markets. Bin graduated with honors from Wellesley College (B.A. Economics; Phi Beta Kappa) and Columbia University (MBA Finance; Beta Gamma Sigma).
Bin enjoys yoga, dancing and reading in her spare time.
is a research scientist, professor, and biotech entrepreneur and consultant who has spent most of his career in biomedical research on cardiovascular disease.
A major part of Dan’s research career was spent as Professor in the Division of Cardiology at Weill Cornell Medical College, New York, NY, where he directed a group studying the molecular mechanisms of blood pressure control. These academic beginnings led him to found Cardiagen Life Sciences, Inc. a biotech startup developing small molecule drugs directed at hypertension, heart failure and erectile dysfunction.
Dan has extensive knowledge and experience of both clinical and research laboratory management, research regulatory compliance, and scientific publishing, having served for 5 years as Executive Editor of the American Journal of Hypertension.
In his current role as Professor of Science Education at Hofstra Northwell School of Medicine, Dan is developing new approaches to distance learning for medical student education.
Dan received his PhD in Physiology and Molecular Biology from the University of Sydney and MBA from Columbia Business School, New York, NY.
Dan lives in New York. He is an avid sailor, boat builder and carpenter.
is a consultant, innovation professor, investor and entrepreneur who is passionate about serendipity and digital revolution. Didier founded and invested in more than 40 digital startups. He is a business coach for the Horizon 2020 program of the European Commission. He also worked as a professor in innovation management and was the program director of an Executive MBA program at Institut Mines-Telecom in Paris titled “Leading Innovation in a Digital World” dedicated to Digital Transformation.
He is a board director and shareholder of several digital startup companies and has been a coach at Stanford University and Ecole Polytechnique
Prior to that, he served as VP for Lucent/Avaya, COO for Beijaflore Telecom and was President, Orange North America, based in New York.
In 2000, he was the co-founder and CEO of a startup company that has developed an image search engine. This company was acquired in 2001.
As Global Account VP for Avaya, he was able to develop sales from €3 M to €25 M in less than 3 years. He has also managed sales responsibility for over $200 M serving major international accounts, with a 15% annual growth rate.
Didier is an MBA graduate from Columbia University in New York, he holds a Ph.D. in Computer Science from INRIA and engineering degrees from Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom ParisTech.
Didier is based in Grenoble, France and manages our European engagements. He enjoys skiing in the alps in his free time.
